Comprehensive Management of Online Analysers for a Refinery through ABB

The key challenge  faced was the real-time monitoring and calibration of online analyzers and  data analytics integrating both process and maintenance data seamlessly. Our solution incorporated Analyser Management System (AMADAS) with Dashboards, PFD, KPI Management, Tasks, Reports and Historian modules. It provides control charts for analysing the performance of analyzers, records calibration and maintenance activities performed on the analytical instruments, and offers unlimited data storage from DCS/GC/Analyzers/PLC’s /Spectrometers.
