Jaajitech Appoints Rajesh Kaza as Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Jaajitech is delighted to announce the appointment of Rajesh Kaza as the company’s Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

Rajesh Kaza is a seasoned leader in Digital Transformation, Industrial Automation, and IT-OT convergence, bringing over 26 years of extensive industry experience across manufacturing and process industries. In his new role, he will lead Jaajitech’s global sales strategy and drive growth initiatives focused on industrial digitalization and smart manufacturing solutions.

An accomplished Instrumentation Engineer and business leader, Rajesh has deep expertise in OT Cyber Security, Industry 4.0, IIoT, Digital Twin technologies, SaaS platforms, automation contracting, and integrated operational solutions that enable unified industrial visibility and intelligent decision-making.

Throughout his career, Rajesh has successfully managed large-scale operations, regional business planning, strategic sales, service delivery, and full P&L ownership while consistently delivering customer-centric and technology-driven outcomes.

Prior to joining Jaajitech, Rajesh spent over 18 years with Honeywell in leadership roles, including Regional Manager – South India, where he played a key role in driving strategic growth, introducing innovative Industry 4.0 solutions, and leading high-performing teams. Earlier, he was associated with R. STAHL and ZwickRoell.

Rajesh has also contributed significantly to emerging sectors such as Carbon Capture, Hydrogen Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and sustainable industrial transformation initiatives.

He holds an MBA and Diploma in Operations Management from IGNOU, along with a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University. His contributions have earned him several recognitions, including the “COVID Warrior” award and the prestigious Honeywell President’s Club Recognition in USA, Champions Club Award & several Bravo Awards.
