We are looking for a skilled MES/MIS Solution Delivery Specialist with a strong background in chemical engineering. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Management Information Systems (MIS) within the chemical industry. This role requires a blend of process knowledge and technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
MES/MIS Implementation
- Lead end-to-end MES/MIS implementation projects
- Design and develop solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary client point of contact
Process Understanding & Improvement
- Analyze chemical manufacturing processes
- Identify improvement opportunities for productivity and quality
- Interpret process data and recommend optimization strategies
System Maintenance & Support
- Provide ongoing support for MES/MIS systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and availability
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics
- Analyze manufacturing data for performance insights
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity
Training & Documentation
- Conduct user training on system functionalities
- Prepare and maintain system documentation
- Provide continuous user support
Project Management
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Track progress and report milestones
