We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage business development and proposal engineering functions, focusing on industrial and digital solution offerings.
π§ Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities in industrial domains
- Generate leads via market research and networking
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Understand and align solutions to customer needs
- Track RFQs, tenders, and project pipelines
- Deliver client presentations and discussions
- Assist in negotiations and deal closures
Proposal & Tendering
- Review RFQs and technical specifications
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals
- Create scope, compliance, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for inputs
- Develop BOQs, costing, and pricing
- Identify risks and deviations
- Ensure timely submissions and post-bid support
β Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
- 4β5 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of industrial digital solutions (IoT, Automation, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
