The solution incorporated Analyser Management System (AMADAS) with Dashboards, PFD, KPI Management, Tasks, Reports and Historian modules. It was designed for ERU/EG units of the refinery, covering PM, Operations and Maintenance departments. The objective was to comprehensively manage online analyzers and increase the availability, through real-time monitoring and calibration. It provides a record of maintenance activities performed on the analytical instruments, detects anomalies and generates alerts, and also delivers data analytics including customized reports.
