The solution Analyser Management System (AMADAS) was designed for ERU/EG units of the refinery. It incorporated Dashboards, PFD, KPI Management, Tasks, Reports and Historian modules, covering PM, Operations and Maintenance departments. The objective was to comprehensively manage online analyzers and increase the availability, through real-time monitoring and calibration. It provides a record of maintenance activities performed on the analytical instruments, detects anomalies and generates alerts, and also delivers data analytics including customized reports.
