Integration of Dashboards with Central RDMS Server for R&D Unit

The key objective was the integration of dashboards, reports, SLDs and analytics from around 22 units, for an end-to-end view and leading to quick decision-making for optimization of process parameters. This was achieved by connecting PLCs and DCS to a central RDMS server through gateways to monitor parameters such as flow, temperature, pressure. Reports and dashboards are automated and published at pre-determined intervals, and users have access to the centralized data on mobiles and laptops.
