Western India Sales Account Manager

Brief Description

Responsible to drive Region-wise Sales, deliver sales target, pre-sales activity, manage a cross functional team and value selling to the customers. Achieve INR 15-20M AOP, drive digital transformation sales, manage a cross-functional team, and build key customer relationships.

Additional: Frequent regional travel, C-level selling skills, and multilingual abilities preferred.

*Strong knowledge of West Region with Key Cx level connect in IT and OT departments.
*Ability to coach and mentor team to have a winning sales strategy for their accounts and opportunities
*Strong knowledge of industrial digital transformation (Historian, OT Cyber, L2 integrations, Energy management, Understanding of networks, Asset reliability, Digitised work flow, operational excellence, KPI management, safe limits, IOW, Safety, Competency and productivity…etc.,


Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience: 8-10+ years in process industry sales, 5 years in enterprise software, strong knowledge of industrial digital transformation, and CRM platforms.

Language: Fluency in English and local languages is essential.
